Thank you for choosing Ghosty AI. Due to the digital nature of our software services and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all purchases for our subscription plans (Daily, Weekly, Monthly for both Basic and Premium tiers) are generally considered final and non-refundable. We encourage users to make use of any available free trials or basic features to evaluate the service before making a purchase. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Refund requests are therefore handled on a strict, case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.
2. Nature of Our Service
Ghosty AI is a digital software service, not a physical product. Upon successful payment, your account is immediately credited with the purchased plan, and you gain access to the features associated with that plan. This immediate access and consumption of the digital service is the primary reason for our strict refund policy.
3. Non-Recurring Subscriptions
Our subscription plans are non-recurring. This means you will not be automatically billed again when your plan expires. To continue using the service, you must manually purchase a new plan. This model is designed to give you full control over your spending and eliminate unexpected charges, further reducing the need for refunds related to subscription management.
4. Eligibility for a Refund
While refunds are not standard practice, we may consider a refund request under the following "absolutely necessary" circumstances:
- Verifiable Technical Issues: If you experience a reproducible technical issue that prevents you from using the core functionalities of the application, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 48-72 hours) after you have provided all necessary information for diagnosis.
- Billing Errors: In the case of an accidental duplicate purchase of the exact same plan.
- Prolonged Service Unavailability: In the rare event of a major, prolonged service outage that renders the application completely unusable for a significant portion of your subscription period.
5. How to Request a Refund
In the event of an emergency or if you believe your situation meets the eligibility criteria above, you must contact our support team. Please send an email to support@ghosty-ai.com or contact through support section from your dashboard with the following information:
- The subject line: "Refund Request"
- The email address associated with your Ghosty AI account.
- Your unique Access Key (if available).
- The date of purchase and the plan you purchased.
- A detailed and clear explanation of the issue and why you are requesting a refund. For technical issues, please include screenshots, error messages, and steps to reproduce the problem.
Requests lacking sufficient detail will be delayed or may not be processed.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with the features or performance of the software.
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period.
- Partial use of a subscription period (e.g., requesting a refund halfway through a weekly plan).
- Issues related to the user's local computer environment (e.g., unsupported operating system, conflicting third-party software) that are outside of our control.
- Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
